Termite Solutions attended this low set cavity brick home yesterday ( June 20th. 2012 ) in Tennyson to carry out a termite inspection.

The elderley homeowner was frustrated by another pest controller who claimed he could not get under the house and was only interested in selling a baiting system around the home.

While I was under the house inspecting the damage, the customer crawled under with me to inspect the damage.

The above photo shows termites coming up from the soil on some scrap timber that the builder left under the fire place.

Termites had damaged 2 floor joists and 2 floor boards. While I treated the termite activity with termidor dust, my client ( 70 years old ) removed some of the scrap timbers from under the house.

I will return in a few days to carry out a Termidor Treatment to the soil under the house.

Tennyson is an area where we regularly find termite issues.
