Our 3 Stage Termite Treatment
The first step of treatment is to do a thorough scrutiny of the entire property to sort out and treat the problem areas. Our technicians use the latest investigative technology such as ’Hi- resolution’ thermal imaging, borescope and moisture meter to ascertain the extent of the infestation.
We will turn your home inside out (not literally!) and inspect from top to bottom, inside and out, and we’ll even climb through your roof and check all your walls, to assess the presence of termite nests or damage, and provide you with a detailed report of the problem.
If termites are discovered, they’re in for a taste of Termidor Dust or Foam products that are designed to remove the termites from your home very quickly, and turn our attention to the nest.
Stage 2:
This stage involves installing the Termidor perimeter soil treatment, which is a long term termite preventive. Termite Solutions are accredited Termidor applicators, so you can rest assured we’ll be entirely professional in applying Termidor in the appropriate amounts where necessary.
This is the most important part of the treatment. It involves treating the soil beside your home with Termidor and may include lifting pavers and digging the soil outside the walls and also drilling under paths and pavers to inject the Termidor liquid protection. Termidor gives you a protective barrier around your home that lasts long enough to keep your home safe for years to come. This is the main process and can take up to a whole day to complete.
Stage 3:
Follow-up inspections are carried out around 6 weeks later to ensure that the termites have been completely eliminated from your home.
